   With a total population of 19,000 people in Blaine County, Hailey serves as the county seat and home to Friedman Memorial Airport, the transportation connection for the valley. With 6,200 residents, Hailey offers a lifestyle well suited to raise a family. The county’s award-winning middle and high schools are located in Hailey, along with an elementary school. Other primary schools are in Ketchum, Bellevue and Carey. Community amenities in Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum and Sun Valley cater to the varied range of life styles within the valley. Within these active communities you’ll find more than 60 restaurants, three libraries, a broad spectrum of churches, six schools that are proud to publicize a 20:1 student/teacher ratio, a new community hospital, a senior center, two skate parks, and a dynamic county-wide recreation district.
